After years of building software products and watching businesses struggle with AI adoption, he saw an opportunity: what if getting a world-class AI assistant was as simple as making a phone call? That question became the foundation of 1VA. Yaseen leads product vision, technology strategy, and the relentless pursuit of making AI genuinely useful.

He understood something most technologists miss: the best technology in the world means nothing if it doesn't fit into how a business actually works. At 1VA, Eduardo ensures every AI assistant is built around real workflows, real compliance requirements, and real people. He leads client relationships, go-to-market strategy, and operations.
How It Started
A Technologist and an Operator Walk Into a Room
Yaseen and Eduardo met through the UK startup scene — one building technology, the other building businesses. They kept having the same conversation: AI was transforming everything, but the businesses that needed it most — accountancy firms, legal practices, care homes, recruitment agencies — were being left behind.
The tools existed. The models were powerful. But the gap between “AI can do this” and “my team actually uses this every day” was enormous. It required technical setup most businesses couldn't do, ongoing management nobody had time for, and security guarantees that off-the-shelf tools couldn't provide.
So they asked: what if we just did all of that for them?
What if a business owner could pick up the phone, tell us what they need, and within a week have a fully configured AI assistant that knows their industry, speaks in their brand voice, integrates with their tools, and is managed end-to-end — security, updates, backups, everything?
That's 1VA. Yaseen builds the technology. Eduardo builds the business. Together, they're making AI accessible to every company that needs it — not just the ones with engineering teams.
